Nicole Caithness named as IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient
DENVER, CO – August 1, 2022 – Nicole Caithness, Asset Manager with Cardinal Group Investments, was named as an Institute of Real Estate Management 2022 IREM 30 Under 30 recipient for 2022.
The IREM 30 under 30 program acknowledges the next generation of real estate management leaders. Every year, IREM highlights 30 young professionals who have already made a significant impact on the industry and in their communities.
Nicole serves as an Asset Manager for Cardinal Group Investments and is responsible for maximizing the value of the student housing portfolio. Nicole started her career in student housing during her undergraduate studies at Florida State University. In 2015, Nicole relocated to Denver, Colorado, and switched to conventional multifamily housing, where she gained invaluable experience learning the ins and outs of operations, lease-ups, and construction.
In 2022, Nicole transitioned to asset management and is responsible for driving revenue growth, creating operational efficiencies, and establishing successful execution of each asset’s value add strategy to ensure the overall success of the Cardinal investment portfolio.

Nicole is a board member for the IREM Greater Denver Chapter, chair for IREM Denver’s Student Academic Engagement team, and is currently studying to earn her Certified Property Manager from IREM.
