Your Cardinal Story Begins Here

Ten years ago, Cardinal Group had four team members and a P.O. Box as their corporate headquarters. But as our team knows, this company is now an “us” story; a 1,500-member team spanning from coast-to-coast, border to border. Cardinal Group is filled with exceptional men and women who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves, that want to go the extra mile in order to change an industry and challenge the status quo.

At the start, Cardinal Group had four team members and a P.O. Box as their corporate headquarters. But as our team knows, this company is now an “us” story; thousands of team members spanning from coast-to-coast, border to border. Cardinal Group is filled with exceptional humans who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves, that want to go the extra mile in order to change an industry and challenge the status quo.

What will your Cardinal Story be?

This isn’t a job, it’s a career.
We aren’t co-workers, we’re a team.
We don’t just check boxes, we break boundaries.

Meet Our Leaders

We believe referring to a company as a “family” is naïve corporate-speak. Instead, we think of ourselves as a professional sports team that is built to win. To accomplish this, we seek to fill every position in our company with exceptional performers. When you’re surrounded by excellence, you do your best work, you learn more, and you achieve a high level of professional satisfaction.
