A Culture Forged Under Fire

At Cardinal, responsible environmental, social, and corporate governance practices are critical factors of our business success and a driving force behind every decision we make. Honoring ESG concerns in how we conduct our business, advise our clients and partners, and invest in our communities will result in greater stability and mitigate risk for our companies, team members, clients and partners, and the industry as a whole. We believe that a strong ESG Platform should facilitate top-line growth, reduce costs, minimize disruptions, increase productivity and optimize investments and capital expenditures. ESG considerations are embedded into our management and investment decisions, as well as our headquarters operations.

Environmental

Every company uses resources, and every company affects and is affected by the environment. Focus on sustainability and conservation of resources drives not only savings in our communities but contributes to the overall stability of the changing physical world in which we do business.

Cardinal Connects: Business Resource Groups

In direct response to feedback from our team members, we created Cardinal Connects. This series of business resource groups serve as a network for individuals who may face similar challenges. They’re designed to create connections, encourage professional growth, and provide opportunities for team members to come together and discuss the topics or issues that matter most to them. New groups will continue to develop based on the needs of our team.
