Jacob Kosior Joins Cardinal Group Companies as VP of Centralized Services

DENVER, CO – August 23, 2022 – Cardinal Group Companies (CGC), an industry leader in student, conventional, and affordable housing property management, today announces that Jacob Kosior has joined the company as Vice President of Centralized Services. In his role, Jacob will be responsible for building and implementing Cardinal’s centralization roadmap and sourcing strategic technology partners to support Cardinal’s centralization platform.

Jacob joins Cardinal with over ten years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, including operations and new development lease-ups of affordable, conventional, and student housing assets. Most recently, Jacob served as Director of Customer Experience and Contact Center Services with BH Management Services, focusing on centralization. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
