Cardinal Group Management Increases Denver Multifamily management portfolio with 2 new communities – Park Cheesman and The Jefferson
December 7, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) announces it has been selected to manage two recently renovated multifamily communities in Denver, Colorado; Park Cheesman and The Jefferson.
Park Cheesman merges luxury high-rise finishes with historic charm in fully renovated one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, with large balconies, right on picturesque Cheesman Park. The building’s multi-million dollar renovation includes new luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The upgrades also included a complete overhaul of the common area amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, sky lounge, outdoor CrossFit center, resident co-working lounge, pet wash station, and outdoor grilling station.
The Jefferson is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Denver and is home to a mix of studio and one-bedroom units in this historic building. The newly renovated units include hardwood floors, full kitchens, and en-suite bathrooms.
