November 15, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) has been selected to manage the Ironhorse Flats community in Austin, Texas.
The 200-unit garden-style community in North Austin is close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and daily needs. The one- and two-bedroom layouts incorporate updated finishes with quartz countertops, plank and tile flooring, custom built-in shelving, and in-unit washer and dryer connections. The community amenities include a playground, a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, and proximity to The Domain, a high-density mixed-use retail and office center.
