Cardinal Group Ranked in Top 25 Managers and Owners in Student Housing Business
DENVER, CO – January 13, 2023 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) and Cardinal Group Companies (CGC) have been listed on the Student Housing Business Top 25 Managers and Owners for 2022.
Cardinal Group Management ranked 3rd for the second consecutive year on the Top 25 Managers with over 85,700 beds under management in 2022. In addition, Cardinal Group Companies ranked 13th on the Top 25 Owners for 2022, with an 11.6% year-over-year increase in owned beds with over 16,100 beds under ownership.

The Top 25 Manager and Owners survey is designed to measure operating and owned beds as of October 31, 2022. During the fall of 2022, more than 100 companies were invited to participate in the survey, with 33 qualified companies responding.
