DENVER, CO – January 17, 2024 – Cardinal Group Management (Cardinal), an industry leader in conventional, student, and affordable housing property management and investments, proudly announces Hope Ivory as Vice President, Multi-Family Operations. With over 20 years of experience, Hope joins the Cardinal team to lead the operations for the national multi-family portfolio and advance the conventional platform through innovative technologies.
Hope’s extensive background in multifamily housing operations, spanning two decades, includes a remarkable 8-year tenure with Echelon Property Group, followed by a successful transition through the acquisition by Asset Living, where she contributed for an additional two years.
