DENVER, COLORADO – JANUARY 10, 2024 — Cardinal Group Companies (“Cardinal”) has been named a winner of Glassdoor’s 16th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work 2024. Unlike other workplace awards, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment, and employer over the past year.

For the second consecutive year, Cardinal has secured this prestigious accolade, establishing itself as the sole multi-family real estate company ever to accomplish this remarkable achievement. Cardinal’s unwavering guiding principle continues to be its Mission and Culture. The mission revolves around creating unforgettable human experiences and transforming lives for the better through a reimagined employer-employee dynamic. This dedication has earned Cardinal a place among the top 100 large employers in the United States.

“A Glassdoor score is more than just a number; it’s a reflection of your company’s reputation and the team member experience. A best-in-class score attracts top talent and fosters a positive workplace culture. It’s a testament to our commitment to creating an environment where people thrive and sets us apart in a competitive market,” said Peter Lynch, Chief People Officer at Cardinal Group Companies.

Employees on Glassdoor submit reviews about their employer, sharing insights on the best reasons to work there, highlighting any downsides, and providing management advice. They also rate overall satisfaction, the CEO, and key workplace attributes such as career opportunities, compensation, culture, diversity, senior management, and work-life balance.

Cardinal fosters great company culture through consistency and a commitment to people. By prioritizing team members, providing dedicated resources for professional development, and maintaining a council focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, Cardinal continues to challenge the status quo.

“We are obsessed over our Culture and team member experience and take our role as the industry’s employer of choice seriously. When team members feel valued and part of a community, they become the driving force behind innovation, customer experience, and enduring growth. This award belongs to all of our team members – past and current – that have invested in the Cardinal Culture,” said Alex O’Brien, Chief Executive Officer at Cardinal Group Companies.

The Best Places to Work 2024, winners of the Employees’ Choice Award, are determined using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm. Ratings are based on the quantity, quality, and consistency of Glassdoor-approved company reviews submitted by U.S.-based employees between October 18, 2022, and October 16, 2023. To be eligible, employers must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the nine workplace attributes. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team.
