Cardinal Group Management Secures 5th in Top 10 Student Housing Companies, 10 Properties Average 90.2 in ORA® 2023 Rankings
DENVER, CO – March 7, 2024 – Cardinal Group Management (Cardinal) is pleased to announce that ten student housing communities have earned spots in the 2023 Student Housing ORA® Power Ranking for their excellent online reputation. Additionally, Cardinal proudly stands as the 5th top management company, with an average ORA score of 90.2 across student housing properties.
This year’s rankings result from a thorough analysis by J Turner Research, which monitors over 3,000 off-campus student housing properties. The method considers feedback from various review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILS), comprehensively reflecting student satisfaction. The rankings are based ORA® scores as of December 2023, derived from the Student Housing Business list of the Top 25 Managers of Student Housing.
Cardinal’s top-performing student communities, including Flats at the Oval, REV Northgate Student Living, and Arena District, have not only been ranked in the top 100 but have also achieved a place in the top 25, demonstrating Cardinal’s commitment to providing excellent resident experiences.
Other Cardinal communities making the list are Hill Place Apartments, Locale, Midtown Sam Houston, Solhaus Apartments, The Grove at Slippery Rock, The Patterson Social, and Kinetic.
