Cardinal Group Management Ranked for Fourth Consecutive Year on National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 Largest Apartment Managers
DENVER, CO – April 3, 2024 – Cardinal Group Management (Cardinal), an award-winning firm focused on multifamily and student housing, was recognized today as the 38th largest apartment manager in the country by the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Top 50 for the fourth consecutive year. The company has moved up 3 spots from last year. The annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and syndicators is a prestigious list, and Cardinal secured a spot with a portfolio of over 46,200 managed units. Cardinal’s portfolio spans 42 states and over 300 communities.

This year marks the 35th edition of the NMHC Top 50 list. All apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and syndicators are invited to answer a questionnaire about their prior year’s activities. Apartment owners, managers, and syndicators are ranked based on their portfolio holdings (either owned or managed) as of January 1, 2024, while developers and builders are ranked based on the number of units started in 2023.
