Cardinal Group Management Ranks in Top 1 Percent of ORA Power Rankings for 2022 of Multifamily Communities
DENVER, CO – January 24, 2023 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) has ranked in the top 1 percent of ORA Power Rankings for 2022, with four apartment communities. Line 28 and 1515 Flats, located in Denver, Colorado, Avoca in Louisville, Kentucky, and College and Crown in New Haven, Connecticut, have all been named to the Elite 1% list.
The ORA Power Rankings are based on resident feedback at over 132,000 properties across various review sites and internet listing sites, with 1,984 properties making the Elite list for the year.
