Cardinal Group Management Ranked For The Second Time On National Multifamily Housing Council Top 50 Largest Apartment Managers
DENVER, CO – April 14, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) has been listed on the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) top 50 largest apartment managers for the second consecutive year. The NMHC is an annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment builders, developers, managers, owners, and syndicators. The new list named Cardinal as the 44th largest manager with a total management portfolio of 39,570 units.
