Every year, J Turner Research, in partnership with Multifamily Executive, releases the top properties in 50 states and the District of Columbia based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) score.

Cardinal’s top performing communities include College and Crown in Connecticut, Avoca I & II in Kentucky and Line 28 in Colorado, demonstrating Cardinal’s commitment to providing excellent resident experiences. Avoca I & II in Kentucky ranked second in the state, College and Crown in Connecticut ranked third overall and Line 28 in Colorado ranked ninth on the list.
