DENVER, CO – May 17, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) announces the management of Summit Place, a 357-bed student housing community in Charleston, South Carolina.

The mid-rise community was built in 2020 to serve students at The College of Charleston and offers students a convenient housing community with proximity to campus via bike or community shuttle. The fully furnished units include top-of-the-line finishes, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood-style flooring, and open floorplans.

The fully amenitized community offers a well-appointed clubhouse with social games, individual and group study rooms, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a courtyard swimming pool with lounge, and a sizeable on-site art studio.
