DENVER, CO – December 13, 2023 – Cardinal Group announced today the promotion of Jenn Cassidy to President, Property Operations and Experience. In her new role, Jenn will lead the operational leadership and team members for the company’s diverse portfolio, including Student, Conventional, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Military, and Co-Living housing communities, both owned and third-party managed.
In this elevated role, Jenn is set to leverage the best practices from each housing sector, applying customized playbooks to ensure success. Her commitment to operational excellence and strategic vision is evident in her role as a change champion, driving the adoption of innovative and modern solutions to elevate the experiences of Cardinal clients, residents, and team members.
Jenn brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to her new role. After her 20 years of experience in operations, Jenn joined Cardinal in 2020 as SVP of Student Housing Operations and played a pivotal role in defining and driving key operational performance metrics, adding significant value to Cardinal’s managed portfolio.

Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the Cardinal team, as she serves as a founding member of the College Student Mental Wellness Advocacy Coalition and the W. Collective, a women’s organization for the housing industry focused on the next generation of female leadership while connecting and empowering women in the industry. She was also recently named one of Globe St.’s Women of Influence for 2023 and has received countless accolades for her success.
