Cardinal Group Companies and Agency FIFTY3 Win Platinum at Muse Awards for Strategic Program, Interactive Brand Experience
DENVER, CO – April 22, 2022 – Cardinal Group Companies (Cardinal) and Agency FIFTY3, a Cardinal Group Company and a full-service marketing agency, were awarded platinum during the 2022 Muse Awards for Strategic Program, Interactive Brand Experience for the 2021-2022 annual leasing campaign, Home is Where the Beat Drops.
Every fall, student housing management companies throughout the country implement marketing campaigns to help onsite teams reach one hundred percent of their pre-leasing for the next school year. For the 2021-2022 school year, Cardinal and Agency FIFTY3 created the Home is Where the Beat Drops (HIWTBD) campaign, centered around the concept that music is universal.
There are so many types and genres of music for everyone, and the Cardinal marketing team knew this campaign would appeal to all residents, no matter what style of music they liked. All content focused on the area that home is the perfect place to let, whatever your beat is, out. A collaboration between the Cardinal marketing team and Agency FIFTY3 creative team paired the concept with video content, renewal messaging, new-leasing messaging, leasing specials, and much more to create a cohesive theme for the entire leasing cycle.

With this campaign, we were able to partner with TikTok stars Cost N Mayor to take our content to the next level. The MUSE Creative Awards are a part of the MUSE Award Program, which was created by the International Awards Associate (IAA) in 2015. MUSE Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals who inspire others to greater heights. The 2022 award theme was “Stride Forth” and honored those who find their strides in adversity and adapt to the times while staying true to themselves.
