Cardinal Group Management Ranks in Top 10 of ORA Power Rankings for 2021 of Student Housing Properties and Number 1 Community Overall
DENVER, CO – February 24, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (CGM) ranked in the top 10 of ORA Power Rankings of student housing properties for 2021 with an average ORA score of 64.87, ranking Cardinal as the 5th best management company. The ORA Power Rankings are based on resident feedback at over 2,600 properties across various review sites and internet listing sites.
Cardinal Group has 15 communities ranked in the top 100 properties for the year, accounting for 11% of the student housing portfolio managed by Cardinal, making Cardinal one of the top three companies with the highest percentage of portfolio ranked.
The One on 4th community took home the top spot, ranking as the best overall community with an ORA score of 98. The One of 4th is a 467-bed community located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Upon management takeover the community had an ORA score of 62 related to delays in construction. Cardinal Group worked diligently to improve the resident experience by showing compassion and transparency. In August 2021, Cardinal Group officially opened the property and improved the ORA score by more than 30 points, leading One on 4th to the best overall community for 2021.
