DENVER, CO – June 10, 2022 – Cardinal Group Management (Cardinal Group), an industry leader in student, conventional, and affordable housing property management and investments has hired Stephanie Nascimento as Senior Vice President, Conventional Housing Operations. In her role, Stephanie will be responsible for the growth, management, and performance of Cardinal Group’s national market-rate conventional portfolio.

Stephanie will be assisting Cardinal in improving our operating platform to continue to grow in the market-rate industry across the country. In addition, her experience in overseeing multiple lease-ups will play a pivotal role in Cardinal’s expansion of third-party management services for new developments.

Stephanie joins Cardinal Group with over 20 years of leadership experience in real estate asset management. She spent 14 years with Alliance Residential, starting as Regional Manager and advancing to Division President of the Central and Southeast regions, leading the management of over 50,000 units and helping to drive corporate strategy and management operations. Stephanie continued her experience with Greystar after the acquisition of Alliance and oversaw the management of the new development portfolio for the Central and Southeast Division. Most recently, Stephanie was with RPM Living as a Division President, West.
