Cardinal Group Companies Expands Investment Team with Ryan McBride as Senior Vice President, Head of Development
DENVER, CO – June 16, 2022 – Cardinal Group Companies (CGC), an industry leader in student, conventional, and affordable housing property management and investment, today announced the hiring of Ryan McBride as Senior Vice President, Head of Development. Ryan will be responsible for building and managing a new development vertical within Cardinal Group.
As Head of Development, Ryan will be responsible for building a best-in-class development platform targeting ground-up conventional multifamily and student housing opportunities nationwide. Launching this development platform is a major strategic initiative for Cardinal, providing the opportunity to present options to capital partners spanning from core and value-add acquisitions to ground-up development.

As a real estate development industry veteran, Ryan joins Cardinal with over 16 years of development and investment experience. Ryan has amassed a broad array of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and student housing development with industry leaders like CA Ventures, Lennar Multifamily, and Southern Land Company.
