DENVER, CO – October 9, 2023 – Cardinal Group Companies (CGC), a leader in the multifamily housing industry, announces substantial new business growth in Q3 across its conventional and affordable portfolios.
Cardinal strategically grew in the mountain market through conventional multifamily housing and affordable housing properties. Notably, the addition of Life Bridge, a multifamily housing portfolio comprised of 1,463 units spread across 13 communities throughout Colorado and Idaho, marked a substantial addition to Cardinal’s conventional housing management portfolio. Furthermore, Cardinal strengthened its foothold in Colorado with the management of a second Build-to-Rent community, The Cottages at Erie Commons, located in Erie, CO.
