A New Legacy – 2021 Summer Development Program
A new legacy of Cardinal leaders descended upon Denver to spend a week at our headquarters to pursue growth and knowledge through our Summer Development Program. Our largest class yet brought over 20 up-and-coming leaders together after a year of separation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Four action packed days offered opportunities for connection, culture building, networking, and educational sessions to learn the ins-and-outs of the Cardinal HQ operations, all led by our team members throughout the company.
