Ten Cardinal-Managed Communities Named to 2025 ORA® Top 100; Otto College Station Ranked #1 Nationwide
DENVER, CO – March 5th 2026 – Cardinal Group Management is proud to announce that ten of its managed student housing communities have been recognized in the 2025 ORA® Top 100 Student Housing Properties Ranking, released by J Turner Research in association with Multifamily Executive. Most notably, Otto (College Station, TX) earned the #1 ranking nationwide with an ORA score of 97, recognizing its exceptional online reputation and resident satisfaction.
Now in its 12th year, the ORA® Power Ranking evaluates the online reputation of more than 150,000 properties nationwide across multiple review sites and internet listing services (ILSs). The independent ranking highlights the top-performing student housing communities based on the strength of their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®) scores as of December 2025.
To be eligible for the Top 100 Student Housing ranking, a property must achieve an ORA score of 85 or higher and maintain a minimum of 20 online reviews.
