About Us

Cardinal Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a national footprint and management platform. We are focused on investing in the student communities, multifamily apartments, and affordable housing sectors and target assets that could benefit from Cardinal Group's in-house management, construction, and marketing expertise.

Our entrepreneurial roots enabled us to successfully deploy value-add strategies as our initial investments, and we have since grown our ownership portfolio to include all asset profiles ranging from core/core+ to ground-up development.
