This annual ranking, now in its 11th year, evaluates the online reputation of over 144,000 student and conventional housing communities across the United States. CGM properties have earned places on the coveted Top 100 Student Housing and Elite 1% Conventional Properties lists, based on comprehensive analysis of reviews from major platforms like Google, Apartments.com, and Facebook.

The ORA Power Ranking is an independent ranking, meaning a property or a management company is not required to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for the monthly rankings.
