Cardinal Group Management Releases a New Artificial Intelligence (AI) Leasing Tool

Cardinal’s property management branch, Cardinal Group Management (CGM), worked with Dynasty(recently acquired by AppFolio), a company that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate real estate tasks.
With the vision of management and needs of onsite leasing teams and potential renters in mind, CGM worked with Dynasty to implement “Lisa”. Lisa is an AI and Machine Learning powered product that uses natural language and human intuition to communicate with prospective renters over text messages. Every prospect that calls or emails a community gets a text or email back. Lisa answers questions, schedules tours, and sends the application links. She is not a Chat-Bot, she texts using natural language and learns as she goes. She responds to prospects 24x7x365, so there are no dropped leads. With machine speed and consistency, Lisa enables properties to cut costs, boost revenue, and expand their prospects. Pilot test results showed increased tours, follow-up, and occupancy.
