Jenn Cassidy Appointed COO of Cardinal Group Companies

A respected industry leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, Jenn will oversee operations across Cardinal’s national portfolio, driving performance, innovation, and continued alignment with the company’s mission to build engaging communities where residents thrive.
Jenn most recently served as President, Property Operations & Experience, where she led day-to-day operations across Cardinal’s managed portfolio, including leasing, marketing, facilities, and client management. In addition to delivering strong operational results, she has been instrumental in advancing platform development, implementing new technologies, and creating scalable strategies that enhance efficiency and long-term value for clients and communities alike.

Jenn also led the charge in founding the College Student Mental Wellness Advocacy Coalition, bringing together leading housing providers across the industry to champion student well-being and drive meaningful, long-term impact. Under her leadership, Cardinal further reinforced this commitment by donating $100,000 to student mental wellness initiatives upon reaching the historic milestone of 100,000 beds under management. In addition, Jenn is an active leader within the W. Collective, where she mentors and advocates for women across the multifamily industry.
