DENVER, CO – July 19, 2021 – National Apartment Association (NAA) is hosting the annual Apartmentalize conference in Chicago from August 31 to September 2, 2021. Cardinal Group’s Jennifer Cassidy, Senior Vice President of Student Housing Operations, Eddie Moreno, Executive Vice President of Operations and Peter Lynch, Chief People Officer will be speaking about the evolution of the student housing industry and how the pandemic has impacted the industry.
The Evolution session, on August 31, will explore the dynamics of student housing and how they’re evolving in people, workplace, marketing, operations and CX. The Art of the Pivot, on September 1, will review how the pandemic forced operations to adapt to constantly changing standards of safety surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
As SVP of Student Housing Operations, Jennifer Cassidy manages the day-to-day operations of over 90,000 student housing beds. She brings over 15 years of industry experience and expertise to the panel and will be discussing operations optimization.
